General information about your stay and pricing

• Check-in & check-out: Check-in from 2:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m. If there is no immediate booking for your room on the day you check out, you can continue to use the room for as long as you like, extending your holiday at no extra cost. Please ask at reception.
• All prices are in euros per person per night. For Friday to Sunday stays, the cost of luxury board is increased by €5 per person per night.
• Discounts/rewards: vouchers, extra days and free massages as part of offers or reduced offers are only valid with written confirmation from a member of the hotel staff.
• Hohenfels cancellation conditions: You can cancel with no charge up to 30 days before your expected arrival date. If you find yourself unable to come shortly before your holiday or have to leave early, we will bill for 80% of the daily rate on your booking (room price and breakfast – no other meals) as cancellation costs. You will receive a [[voucher for the cancelled amount]], with no expiry date – you can have your holiday at any time! By confirming your reservation you accept these cancellation conditions.
